Worth knowing

The record has three columns worth reading together. Population is the live count at the last refresh. Rank is calculated from players hour by hour across the past seven days. Next wipe is what the server publishes, not what it always does.

The distinction matters on a vanilla list. A server that holds 200 players every evening ranks above one that reaches 300 for a night after wipe. Sort by Rank if you want a long stay; sort by Population if you want the busiest now.

The Gameplay column shows any tag outside Vanilla. A 2x server that calls itself vanilla is filed under Modded and stays off this page. Force wipe reaches every server, whatever its published schedule says, and the force wipe countdown has the date.

What visitors ask most, answered from the archive.

What makes a server vanilla here?

Two conditions: the server publishes the Vanilla tag, and it is not listed as Modded. Gather rate, kits, plugins and map settings all bear on the tag. A server that changes the rate to 2x and keeps the vanilla tag is filed under Modded and does not appear on this page. The source is the tag published by the server, not our judgement.

Is rank the same as the order of the table?

No. The default order is live population at the last refresh, busiest first. Rank is a separate figure built from players counted hour by hour over the past seven days. A server can top the table at 21:00 and sit lower on rank if the rest of its week is quiet.

Where does the wipe date come from?

The Next wipe column shows the schedule the server publishes. Wipes logged in our stored history are kept on each server's page, so you can compare the two. Every server also wipes at the monthly force wipe, which overrides any published schedule.

Can I see a server's past before joining?

Yes. Every server has a record page holding its wipes, population changes and rank positions, each dated. Open it from the server name in the table. The full server list holds every entry in the archive if you want to browse beyond the vanilla tag.

The archive keeps a page for each server, dated from its first appearance in our data. Wipes, population changes and rank position are stored against the entry. That is the track record to read before you commit: not a claim on a listing, but a sequence of numbers with dates attached.

Vanilla is the narrowest entry in the archive. Rates above 1x narrow it further still if you want them: 1.5x servers and 2x servers each have their own list. If you want the game untouched but the setting smaller, the solo, duo and trio lists hold group limits below the default of 8.
